中华人民共和国境内官方代表机构声明

Fulldome.Pro 在中华人民共和国（PRC）已设立两所官方代表机构：

互动世界科技（深圳）有限公司（Fulldome World (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.）

上海畏达文化传播有限公司（Shanghai Veda Culture Communication Co., Ltd.）

Fulldome.Pro 在中华人民共和国境内的所有商业活动均通过上述两家公司进行。这两家公司持有在中华人民共和国境内独家销售、分销及开发 Fulldome.Pro 旗下产品、软件与影片的授权。

Fulldome.Pro 同时会在中华人民共和国境内针对特定项目委派销售代表。所有官方经销商与销售代表均须持有正式授权书，该文件赋予其代表 Fulldome.Pro 开展业务及执行具体项目的法定权限。

Official Representation in the People’s Republic of China

Fulldome.Pro has established official representation in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) through two proprietary firms:

Fulldome World (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Veda Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

All Fulldome.Pro business activities within the PRC are conducted exclusively through these two firms. These firms hold exclusive authorization to sell, distribute, and develop Fulldome.Pro’s products, software, and films within the PRC.

Fulldome.Pro also engages sales representatives for specific projects within the People’s Republic of China. All official dealers and sales representatives of Fulldome.Pro operates under a formal Letter of Authorization, granting them authority to act on behalf of Fulldome.Pro and execute specific projects.
