There are a lot of different tips on how to attract them starting from free WiFi at the stand and finishing with an exclusive mobile app with some challenge. One way to stand out from the crowd at an expo is to use an event dome, which will attract people to a booth by virtue of its shape alone. Here are some tips on how to make a presentation to 1,500 people in just four days.
How to make a successful presentation at an expo
JVCKENWOOD – a multinational corporation that focuses on consumer and professional car and home electronics, professional wireless communication systems and professional Broadcasts and Projection systems – took part in Integrate System Europe 2019 in Amsterdam. To get visitors to the expo interested in their presentation, JVCKENWOOD rented a 5M dome for their booth. The company used the dome as the venue for a presentation of their new projectors and dome lenses.
Here’s the feedback we got after the event:
“The exhibition went very well. Every 30 minutes we had a special presentation with closed curtains (i.e. in a dark room) to show the best possible quality. This show was always fully booked, so we had over 1,500 people watch the presentation.” – JVCKENWOOD

What is Integrated Systems Europe in Amsterdam?
ISE is the world’s largest exhibition for system integration. This year, the expo ran from February 5-8. It was also the largest to date in terms of both space and attendee registrations.
