The Software Industry Promotion Association (SIPA), a Thai government body, has installed a facility in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, that can seat up to 60 individuals and includes an internet-connected conference room. To encourage entrepreneurship by animators, game developers, digital artists and those working in VR, a 5-meter dome and projection system is incorporated into the facility to help create, preview and demonstrate immersive content.
