Fulldome.pro provides many different sized domes. Often the size of the dome is constrained by the space available. But sometimes we are lucky enough to not face such limitations and have the opportunity to install large domes.

Introducing one of our concepts – a new generation of spa and meditation centers – “Oasis Dome”. Several eco domes are perfect for exercise and meditation classes or massages and other wellness treatments. Just imagine a yoga class beneath immersive views or taking a virtual trip during a massage.
The China Attraction Expo is an important event for everyone working with or in the attraction industry in Asia.
This year we presented our products for amusement parks – Birdy and Head in the Stars – made in partnership with CL CORP. We demonstrated 3 meter dome with Head in the Stars motion seat by CL CORP, to make watching the show “Wall of China” unforgettable. Seats were synchronized to move with the on screen action and included special effects like wind and water spray.
We also presented a 1.6 m model of Birdy: an innovative attraction comprising a vertical dome with motion seats.
Our negative-pressure domes consist of three layers:
A vacuum system is used to evacuate the air from between the outer cover and projection screen. The outer cover conforms tightly to the frame beneath it, while inside the screen is stretched upward and outward, towards, but not touching, the frame. The vacuum (or negative pressure) holds the screen in place. The high-performance, precision is sewn, fabric screen provides an excellent projection surface, with imperceptible seams. Our specially trained team and purpose built sewing rooms mean we can create screens to suit any dome, and strong outer covers to precisely fit over our aluminum frames. Likewise, our factory team carefully prepare all parts before testing each frame, screen, and cover, and then shipping to the customer.
Our negative pressure technology is what allows us to make such portable, easy to setup, yet high-quality domes and projection systems.

20 meter/66 foot dome with abstractly geometric entrance and external digital mapping was one of the most exciting installations at the festival.
It’s not the first time we have installed domes at this famous annual festival (and it won’t be the last). But it was first time we brought such an distinctive outer cover. Do you know who this is?
This city festival challenges us every time (and we love it). So for 2017 we came back with a huge, 27 meter/90 foot dome, with standing capacity for over 800 people!

At the Science Centre World Summit 2017, in Tokyo, Japan, our fellow exhibitor, the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan asked us if they could try to use their astronomical simulator “Mitaka” on our 3 meter open dome. Fulldome Live allows us to take the output from almost anything and play it directly to the dome. All that was required was an HDMI cable and a few changes to Mitaka’s settings. In a short time, what had been a private show on a VR headset became a public display in the dome. Mitaka is fully-featured and easy to use simulator, navigated by a game controller. Even if you don’t have a dome or VR headset Mitaka is available for download from the NAOJ website and can be used at home on your own PC.

Jeju Shinhwa World* has become one of the most visited place on Jeju Island. The park was developed over three years and has 15 amazing rides and various attractions for children and adults. CL CORP created unique and innovative 4D theatre that makes every visitor feel like they’re diving into the world of animated films. They invited Fulldome.pro to join the project to provide the dome screen and projection system.
To create an interactive attraction that would be an immersive experience for visitors to Shinhwa Theme Park, using the latest technology for amusement parks.
CL CORP, a developer of immersive attractions, was tasked creating ride in which the audience would be reclined in moving seats under a dome screen with a 3D show. CL CORP have many years experience in creating attractions but not in dome projection, so CL CORP approached Fulldome.pro to partner with them to design and manufacture the dome and projection system that would make the ride truly immersive.
Together, CL CORP and Fulldome.pro went to work designing the Rotary Park attraction for Shinhwa Theme Park. The engineers, manufacturing, factory, and construction crew all worked as a team to produce something truly amazing.
A key attraction at Shinhwa Theme Park, the Rotary Park zone combines creative content and innovative design, with the latest technology. CL CORP created a pre-show, which the audience passes through while queueing for the main ride, but the centerpiece of Rotary Park is the 20 meter dome with 130 Head In The Stars® motion seats beneath it. The 20 meter negative pressure screen fitted snugly inside the purpose made dome roofed building and a 12 projector, 5K 3D projection system powered by a single Fulldome.pro Media Server was installed. Tuban Studios in South Korea created a special show using characters from the Rotary Park TV show exclusively for the attraction. Movement of the seats is synchronized to the action in the show, so while the audience remain in one place, they feel like they are being transported into the world of the characters on screen.
The result is a fully immersive experience to thrill every audience.
